I was fortunate to break from the madness at home and take in a beautiful day out at my friend’s lake house. I made my way to White Sands through the beautiful terrain with my little pup in tow. It was quite windy out, but actually made for some really great pictures (in my humble biased opinion.) It was really difficult trying to keep my sunhat on whilst holding down my dress to make sure it didn’t fly up! Even though winds were at 30km/hr, I wouldn’t have been able to get the effect I wanted i.e. crashing waves and Beyonce wind blown hair! Sometimes obstacles work in your favour! Oh the beauty of fashion blogging!
